(N Z Press Association} WELLINGTON. New Zealand gained more doctors through, migration last year than it lost, the report of the Health Department says. Tabled in Parliament today, the report says that 79 doctors were gained through migration last year. This was the third year that a significant gain had been recorded.

The last year that more doctors left the country than arrived was 1969-70, when an over-all loss of four was recorded by the department. In 1970-71 the gain was 87, and in 1971-72 there was a gain of 90 doctors.
