The United Nations Secre-tary-General (Mr Waldheim) has announced that Iran and Iraq have agreed to adhere strictly to a cease-fire along their disputed border and to accept international arbitration of their territorial claims. Mr Waldheim made the comment yesterday while releasing the report of a one-man fact-finding mission by the Mexican Ambassador, Mr Luis Weckmann Munoz, who ‘learned from both Governments that in most of [the areas of recent clashes the frontier had never been ■'learlv delineated.” the report said.
