KITCHEN FIRE
Fire caused moderate damage to the kitchen of a house at 332 Barbadoes Street about 4.30 p.m. yesterday. The fire is thought to have begun after fat overheated in a frying pan on a stove. The flames spread up the walls to the ceiling. The house is owned by Mr J. Kite.
