A retired Salvation Army social worker has won a year-long fight to have the film "Last Tango in Paris” prosecuted for obscenity. Britain’s Lord Chief Justice ruled yesterday that United Artists Corporation, the film’s distributors, must face trial on charges that the film contravenes the Obscene Publications Act.
