Decision on Biggs?

(N Z.P.A -Reuter —Copyright) RIO DE JANEIRO, May 6.

A decision to expel or deport the British train robber, Ronald Biggs, from Brazil is expected to be announced tomorrow, according to the newspaper, “O Globo”.

Quoting Government sources, it says, that the announcement would be made by the Minister of Justice (Mr Armando Falcao) who is studying the Biggs dossier. The sources say that Mr Falcao will probably opt for deportation because it is a simpler process and done at police level, “O Globo” reports.

, Biggs has been under 90day administrative arrest at Federal Police quarters in Brasilia since early February. The 90-day arrest period expired yesterday and his lawyers have lodged a habeas corpus plea for his release.
