Austria’s Justice guerrilla'

The Austrian police are seeking a self-styled “justice guerrilla” suspected of spraying a train compartment with radio-active liquid in a vendetta against the Government over prison conditions. A first-class compartment on the Vienna-Rome express was found to be radio-active minutes after a man calling himself a “justice guerrilla” telephoned railway authorities yesterday to warn that passengers’ lives were endangered. Official sources said that; similar warnings were made; by a “justice guerrilla” after) recent fire bombing attacks I on several offices and shops) in Vienna. Scientists who examined, seats taken from the train) said that the amount of radio-active liquid used was not harmful to human life. They said the substance was used in medical diagnosis. Death penalty President Kaunda of Zam-' ,bia has introduced the death 'penalty for armed robbery, 'in a move to counter a serious increase, during the, past two years, in the number of criminals carrying arms.
