(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 7. The value of building permits issued in November last year was $95.4m compared with s69m in November, 1972. the Government Statistician (Mr E. A. Harris) said today. For the year ended November, 1973. permits totalled $957.6m up sharply from the figure of $660.9m in. 1972. Permits authorising construction of 3860 new flats and houses worth $54.7m were issued in November. j Permits for other new buildings—including commercial buildings and factories — worth $19.1m were issued. Permits for alterations to buildings other than houses or flats totalled slsm.
