Congratulations
The Mayor of Kurashika, ; Christchurch’s sister city in Japan, has sent a telegram to Cr P. W. Anderson extending “congratulations to the citizens of Christchurch on the occasion of the national day of New Zea--land ” The telegram was signed by Mr Shigeki Oyama, Mayor.
