Shipping Corp, registration
f.V.Z. Press Association WELLINGTON. Feb. 5. The articles of association o f the New Zealand Shipping Corporation were signed in Parliament today by the Minister of Transport (Sir Basil Arthur) and the chairman of the new corporation (Sir John Ormond). Sir Basil Arthur on behalf of the Government, subscribed to all the shares in the company but one; this share will go to Sir John Ormond. The company has a capital ;of ssom, in $lOO shares. The company will be registered in the Companies Office on Thursday, and at the same time Sir Basil Arthur will appoint four ! directors.
