Weldon and Mr A. Whelpton. Mr D. Osborne, president, and the secretary, Mr G. Botha, were elected unanimously at the world life-sav-ing congress in Durban, which is being attended by delegates from Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Britain, as well as South Africa.
