Arson attempt alleged

(N.Z. Press Association) BLENHEIM, Jan. 29. Three youths appeared in the Blenheim Magistrate’s Court this morning on charges of attempting to set fire to the Blenheim police station yesterday. They are David Maurice Burden, aged 17, a ; panel beater, Peter Stanley Thompson, aged 18, a mill worker, and Graeme Keith Fenemor, aged 18, an apprentice carpenter, all of Blenheim. No pleas were entered. All were remanded on bail by Mrs P. Rees, J.P., to appear before a Magistrate in Blenheim tomorrow.
