Top cycling events
The two top individual Commonwealth Games cycling titles will be decided at Denton Park this evening. Englishmen are already assured of both gold and silver medals in the 4000 metres individual pursuit, as lan Hallam, the chamnion, is to ride against Willi Moore. Blair Stockwell, the New Zealand champion, rides against Gary Sutton (Australia) for the bronze medal. John Nicholson (Australia), another defending champion, meets the popular Jamaican. Xavier Mirander, in the final of the sprint series. The bronze medal will be disputed by lan Atherlev (Trinidad and Tobago) and Greg Williams (Australia).
