LV Z P A 'Renter—Copyright BANGKOK, Jan. 8 The Thai Prime Minister (Mr Sanya) has disclosed the main provisions of a new draft Constitution, which includes a two-Chamber Parliament. the Lower House being elected bv universal suffrage

Assembly next March, and that he was happy to be keeping his promise that th* new Constitution would be • promulgated within six months of his becoming Prime Minister. Members of the drafting (committee appointed by Mr [Sanya soon after he came to power at the height of student demonstrations which (toppled the military regime in (October appeared on television with him to explain key points of the new Constitution.
