: The New Zealand senior I water polo representative, M. A. Harding, was yesterday named in the Canterbury under-18 squad from which the national tournament team will be chosen. Apart from Harding, the senior grade players chosen are R. A. Clark (W'narenui), P. C. Gurr (South Brighton), K. A J. Baker (BeckenhamSockbum), and the Jellie Park players, M. A. Lee, W. P. Robbins and M. McNicholl. Another feature is that seven Woolston Park players are included. All of them started playing water polo only last season. The squad is:— Clark. M. V. Rooney CWhare-l mi).
