Cathedral Square

Sir, —With reference to your editorial of December 11, may I suggest that another kiosk be erected in Cathedral Square, to the south of that of the Transport Board. This could accommodate the organisations which at present use tents. An octagonal kiosk similar to that erected at Ferrymead would be colourful but not garish, and would be more functional, weather-proof and permanent than a tent. No doubt it could also be made available to the arts and crafts people who are to be licensed to sell
