Death of Sir John Hott

WELLINGTON, June 17. Sir John Hott, who gave more than 620 prints to the National Gallery to help it build one of the most valuable collections in the Southern Hemisphere, died in hospital in Wellington on Friday night. He was until recently chairman of directors of the advertising agency J. Hott, Ltd, which was founded by his father.
