South Korean aid plan
<N.Z.P A -Reuter—Copyright) SEOUL. South Korea will provide South Vietnam with relief as-' sistance worth about $NZ750,000, including 10,000 tons of cement. The relief goods, which also include 7969 boxes of I medicine and 25,000 blankets, i will be used for the emer-i gency relief of war refugees and their resettlement programmes. The first shipment of 5000 tons of cement has already arrived in Saigon, and delivery of the remaining goods will be completed by the end of next month.
