On undefended petitions for divorce presented to Mr Justice Roper in the Supreme Court yesterday, decrees nisi were granted, on the grounds listed, as follows: Desertion.—Margaret Anne Meikle (Mr D. M. Palmer) v. James William Meikle, of parts unknown; Ruth Broughton (Mrs A. K. Mac Duff) v. Wirernu Hohepa Broughton, a slaughterman, of Balclutha. Separation agreement.— Isobel Truscott (Mr J. S.
