Air attack alleged

( N Z.P.A. -Reuter —Copy rig ht)

DAMASCUS, Dec. 27.

Israeli aircraft bombed two villages and advance army posts in the southern sector of the Syrian front this morning, a military spokesman said in Damascus today. Three civilians were killed and two soldiers were wounded in the raid, he said. The two villages were named as Dael and Saida. In Beirut, the Palestine News Agency said there were Palestinian and Syrian homes in Dael, which is near the town of Deraa. The Golan Heights ceasefire line had been generally quiet for about a month, but last night the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine announced that its men had attacked an Israeli Army engineering unit there with rockets and bombs early yesterday. It said the attack had caused several Israeli casualties.
