Authority’s position
(N.Z. Press Association) WELUNGTON, Dec. 8. The chairman of the Remuneration Authority (Sir Philip Proctor) said yesterday that certain public statements made during the last week regarding the authority required the position to be clarified. He said that the correct position was that so long as the regulations remained in force, the authority would continue its deliberations with due regard to the changed circumstances since November 25.
