(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 4. Miss Susan Huggard, aged 20, who allowed her boyfriend to seduce her after a promise of marriage, has won a £250 claim against him in Britain’s final breach of promise case, the “Daily Mail” reports. Miss Huggard issued a writ against her former fiance, Mr Howard Pryor, aged 21, 10 weeks before fresh claims for breach of promise were barred by Parliament in January of last year. The action was settled out of court.
