Cardiac unit report

WELLINGTON, August 24. The facts about the siting of cardiac surgical facilities in the South Island would be sought immediately from the North Canterbury and Otago Hospital Boards, and he would report to the Cabinet on Monday, the Acting Minister of Health (Mr Thomson) said today. “I am aware of public contention in the South Island over the siting of these facilities,” he said.
