(N.Z. Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, July 24. The wheel of justice went round today when a New Plymouth man learned that he and his brother had won $2OO in the Police Social Club raffle. Recently, the man was fined $2OO after a conviction on a charge of attempting to defeat the course of justice. Asked about his plans for his $lOO share of the prize, he said: "I guess I’ll I’ll use it to help pay the fine.”
