Programme for Golden Sam
Golden Sam, which developed into one of the South Island’s top stayers this season, is making steady progress in preparation for another campaign. He will probably run in the Winter Cup, and his main spring mission will be the New Zealand Cup. Long-range plans, depending on how he fares later in the season, are for a tilt at the SydIney Cup next autumn.
