Honda’s 350 four
A four-cylinder 350 c.c.: four-stroke with a single overhead camshaft has been announced by the Japanese Honda manufacturers. In appearance, the new machine is identical to the successful i CBSOO four but very little is interchangeable with its bigger brother. The engine, which is of 347 c.c., produces 34 brake horsepower at 9500 r.p.m. Power delivery is i very smooth. The engine pulls as low as 2000 r.p.m. in top gear and yet will soar happily up to 10,000 r.p.m. Transmission is ; through a five-speed gear-: box. A hydraulic disc brake is standard equipment at the front.
