Auckland took both the men's and women’s titles in the find Bank of New South Wales Nev Zealand squash inter-district championships in Dunedin last night, when the teams met in th< final round. It beat Waikato J-l in the men's and Waikato 3-6 in the women'* The NurpnM- of the men's match between Auckland and Waikato was the defeat of the Waikato No. 1 player, L Greene second seed for the individual championship, at the hands of Auckland’s T. Colyer, the seventh seed, 3-9. 9-3. 9-4. 10-E Canterbury had a close tussle with Wellington to d< eld< fl lrd and fourth places in the men'* competition with Canterbury taking the honours by three games to one.
