S. Korean withdrawal

I.V.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SEOUL, July 10.

South Korea will withdraw all her fighting men from Vietnam as soon as possible after the South Vietnamese counter-offensives come to an end on August 31, the Minister of Defence (Mr Yu Jae-Hung) said today, before a plenary session of the National Assembly called to consider Government policy concerning the South-North Korean political talks. Mr Yu said that the present South Vietnamese counter-offensives would be the last operation for the South Korean expeditionary force in Vietnam.

South Korea, which recently withdrew from Vietnam marine brigade and its Army support units, totalling about 10,000 men, still has two Army divisions and their support elements, about 37,000 men, in that country.
