Advertising sections
Siri —In the “Sections, buy and sell” column on July 1, a paragraph in one particular advertisement caught my eye. As part of its sales pitch this advertisement states that you must have one of these sections, as they have “a price tag to keep out average (ordinary) homes and people.” I read this part with some trepidation, and I sincerely hope that my future friends and neighbours in the said subdivision do not suffer from the same type of inverted snobbishness.—Yours, etc., LOT 9. July 2. 1972.
