George-Brown
The former British Foreign Secretary, Lord GeorgeBrown, has been issued with a summons accusing him of driving with excess alcohol in his blood. He is due to appear in court in Marylebone in September. Last month, the Labour peer’s Jaguar car was in collision with a wall.—London, July 2.
