fN.Z. Pro* Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 23. The National Party will not select most of its candidates for the General Election before April. A statement, issued today after an all-day meeting of the party’s national executive in Wellington, said that the only candidates to be selected before April would be those sitting National members whose electorates are not substantially affected by boundary changes. The new boundaries will not be settled until next month.
