Court action by Kiwis

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. The New Zealand Rugby league representatives, H. Tatana and B. R. Lowther, left Auckland yesterday afternoon to rejoin the CanterburyBankstown club in Sydney. They and the club are, according to their

spokesmen, instituting legal proceedings against the New South Wales, the Australian and the New Zealand Rugby Leagues. Their action follows the refusal of the Australian body to register them after their recent signing for CanterburyBanks town.
