N.Z. Rover scout moot

Rover scouts from all over New Zealand and probably from Australia will meet at a national moot at the Blue Skies training camp, Kaiapoi, at Easter. The camp programme includes discussions, addresses from guest speakers, a banquet, a service project for Kaiapoi and for Blue Skies, and a sight-seeing tour for visitors.

The Fergus McLaren banner will be awarded to the outstanding Rover crew over the week-end, and the Zulu Shield to the crew organising the best civilian and scouting projects during the year. Mr F. N. Sheridan, district commissioner for the Ashley district will be the camp chief, and the assistant camp chief will be Mr D. Denniston. field commissioner for Canterbury.
