Fastest yet
A 7-litre version of the four-seater Monteverdi GT car has been announced in Europe. The engine produces about 360 b.h.p. and gives the car a top speed of more than 160 m.p.h. The car, the 375 L Hemi, can reach 60 m.p.h. from rest in 6sec, and is said to be the fastest automatic-trans-mission production car in the world.
