A SOUTHLAND-BRED FILLY likely to attract much interest at the Trentham sales in January. Bred by Mr A. C. Crack, of Invercargill, this youngster is by Mellay from Lynlight, a half-sister to the dam of the 1970 Melbourne Cup winner, Baghdad Note. She was champion yearling thoroughbred filly and champion of her sex, all ages, at the recent Southland Agricultural and Pastoral Show.
