WELLINGTON, Nov. 28. A special select committee to discuss the revision of Parliamentary procedures has been apopinted. Members are:

The chairman of committees (Mr A. E. Allan), the Under-Secretary for Education (Mr G. F. Gair), who was chairman of a Government caucus committee on standing orders; Mr J. R. Harrison (Nat., Hawke’s Bay), Mr J. L. Hunt (Lab., New Lynn), the Speaker (Sir Roy Jack), the Leader of the Opposition (Mr Kirk), the Deputy Prime Minister (Mr Marshall), Mr H. L. J. May (Lab., Western Hutt), the Deputy Leader of the Opposition (Mr Watt), and the Prime Minister (Sir Keith Holyoake). Another Opposition member has still to be appointed.
