On undefended divorce petitions presented to Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday decrees nisi were granted as follows:

Adjudication of bankruptcy
Clement William Small, a fencing contractor, was adjudicated bankrupt in an order made by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday. Evidence was given that Small owed the petitioning creditor, Wiseman Timber Preservations, Ltd (Mr J- E. Butler), $1183.95.
