(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SAN CLEMENTE (California), Nov. 25.

A 10-year-old boy with a Maid in high places has told reporters that President Nixon’s trip to Peking is scheduled for next March, United Press International reported. Shocked looking' White House officials promptly sent him to the back of the Presidential plane.

The statement came yesterday from David Kissinger, son of the key Presidential adviser, Dr Henry Kissinger, aboard the Presidential plane as the Nixon party flew to the Western White House to spend the Thanksgiving week-end.

A journalist had asked Dr Kissinger whether the White House, which has never revealed the date of the Presidential trip to China, was ready to announce the date.

“He’s going in March,” piped up David, who was with his father.

The Presidential Press Secretary (Mr Ronald Ziegler) rolled his eyes back and shook his head in amazement. Dr Kissinger chided his son and sent him scurrying to a back compartment, with Mr Ziegler following.

Moments later David reappeared and told reporters: “Mr Ziegler told me to say I heard that the President was going in March on the radio."

Reporters who witnessed the scene said the White House aides “looked ready to faint.”

Already Mr Nixon has promised to announce the date before next Wednesday. There have been reports from responsible sources recently that the visit will take place in March or April.
