Board recommends liquidation

AUCKLAND, July 19. The Directors of Auckland Transport Holdings, Ltd, will ask shareholders to approve the voluntary winding-up of the company.
The chairman and manag-ii ing director (Mr Rolf Porter)'' says in a memorandum with the annual report that on;: liquidation shareholders; would receive about 170 c for' each 100 c share. The shares sold at 110 c on March 10. . I Shareholders will be asked to approve the move after < the annua) meeting on August 9. The motion proposes that an Auckland chartered [accountant, Mr P. W.
