WELLINGTON, June 20. About 150 people packed Seatoun Presbyterian Church yesterday for the dedication of an lona cross made of cabin timbers from the Wahine.

The Rev. J. S. Thomson, who conducted the service, said the style of the cross would link the church with lona, a small Scottish island about 70 miles from the mouth of the River Clyde, where the Wahine was built The island was used as a strategic centre by early Christian missionaries travel-j ling from Ireland to Scotland, he said.
