ADELAIDE. Trainer J. B. Cummings announced on his return from Brisbane that Voleur (Le Fllou— Good Chance) would miss the Caulfield Cup and Melbourne Voleur started' favourite in last year’s Caulfield Cup and Melbourne Cup and finished second in the first leg of the spring double. He developed tendon trouble in the autumn and will be kept for later races. Voleur carried the Light Fingers colours, his owner being one Of the partners of Chilton (Oneidlum—Annie Oakley), which, Cummings said, was tender in the near foreleg after his narrow defeat in the Brisbane Cup. Chilton won $7090 for his second in that race and his total earnings now make him eligible tor the spring cups.
