Three men guilty After a retirement of an hour and 50 minutes a jury in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon found three men guilty on a charge of robbery. The accused, Stephen Michael Postlethwaite, aged 20, unemployed (Mr R. L. Kerr), Alfred John Oldham, aged 23, a coke bagger (Mr J. E. Butler), and Benjamin Te Whare Waikato, aged 34, unemployed (Mr A. K. Grant), had pleaded not guilty to a charge of robbing David Tomkins on March 24. The jury recommended leniency for Postlethwaite.
