SLATTER, General Manager. 66746 i PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL AMENDMENT TO COUNTY BY-LAW PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the Powers conferred on it by the Counties Act, 1956, and amendments thereto the Paparua County Council at a Special Meeting held on Tuesday, June 8, 1971, resolved by way of Special Order to amend the Council By-laws as follows: The Schedule of annual charges for the supply of High Pressure Water (Paparua only) as fixed by the Paparua County By-law No. 35, 1961, and amended by the Paparua County By-laws Nos 40, 1962, 44, 1963, 50, 1964, 44, 1965 and 84. 1970, are hereby revoked and the following substituted:— (1) Houses, shops or commercial premises connected to unmetered supply, >lO. (2) Houses, shops, or commercial premises or vacant residential sections—not connected, 35. (3) Industrial Premises—(connected for Industrial or Domestic Water Supply) (a) >1.27 per thousand of Capital Value of property. (b) 4.2 c per thousand gallons of water used up to the amount of Item (a) (c) 8.4 c per thousand gallons beyond this figure. (4) Industrial Premises or Industrial Land (not connected), (a) $1.27 per thousand of Capital Value of property. (Charge entitles industry to a sprinkler system connection for Fire Protection purposes). (5) Houses with adjoining Racing Stables or Commercial Fowlhouses, Butchers 1 Shops, Fish Shops and other premises with metered supply of water—Charges as per item 3 (Industrial Premises). Provided that in no case the charges shall be less than $5.
