N.Z. visit by Mr Wilson

"The Press" Special Service AUCKLAND, May 21. Mr Harold Wilson, the former British Prime Minister, hopes to visit New Zealand this year or early next, perhaps. in December or January. He will come as a guest of the New Zealand Labour Party. The Leader of the Opposition (Mr Kirk) invited Mr Wilson when he met him in London three weeks ago, and it is known that Mr Wilson is very interested in making the trip, but he cannot do so for some time yet. The British Labour Party conference is coming up later in the year and the House of Commons will also be involved in vital decisions on the British application to join the Common Market.
