S.I. dog trials conclude
The last event at the South Island championship sheep dog trials, which ended at Methven yesterday, was the straight huntaway which was won by J. Cunningham, of Geraldine, with Buck. R. C. Kerr, of Wendon; with Rex, was the runner-up. The’ weather for the concluding runs was fine but cloudy after misty rain early in the day.
