(N.Z. Press Association} SYDNEY. The New Zealand-bred galloper, King Richard, was hailed as a cup class horse after his fourth successive victory in Australia at Randwick on Wednesday. King Richard, a three-year-old chestnut gelding by Lionhearted from Often, won the A.J.C. Stakes over one mile and a quarter by three lengths. Farmer’s Delight (Agricola—Fair Loch) was second. King Richard made his metropolitan debut only on Wednesday but had won at each of three country starts since coming from New Zealand earlier this year.
