Minister to go on TV (N.Z rreu Anociation) WELLINGTON, May 11. The Minister of Defence (Mr Thomson), has accepted an invitation to appear on the television programme “Gallery" on Thursday to amplify and explain publicly his charges against the N.Z.B.C.

The chairman of the corporation (Major-General W. S. McKinnon), said today that he had met the Minister in relation to the charge of a lack of integrity in television presentation of the Vietnam war.

General McKinnon said further action by the N.Z.B.C. would be determined in the light of full knowledge of Mr Thomson’s accusations deriving from this programme and any subsequent discussion with him.
