fN.Z.P.A. Staff Correspondent) SYDNEY, Feb. 25. The Western Australian food store magnate, “Tom the Cheap,” is visiting New Zealand on a buying mission this week. He is Sir Thomas Wardle, Lord Mayor of Perth. He flew to Auckland at the week-end in his private jet for discussions with a number of leading North Island food processors and packers. “Tom the Cheap” stores in Western Australia and other states already stock some New Zealand foods.
