CONFERENCE OF NURSES
(N.Z Press Association) AUCKLAND, Feb. 23. A national conference of nurses from mental hospitals will begin in Wellington tomorrow to help the Public Service Association in its negotiations with the Government over working conditions.
The Oakley branch of the P.S.A. at a meeting last night reaffirmed its stand against overtime—-“a demonstration
of impatience over a lack of progress in talks."
