Refuse offered to Dutschke

(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter —Copyright) DUBLIN, Jan. 1. A Labour member of the Irish Parliament, Dr Conor Cruise O’Brien, has offered the former West Berlin student leader, Mr Rudi (“Red”) Dutschke, aged 30, a place to live in Dublin if he is deported from Britain. Mr Dutschke is awaiting a decision on his appeal against explusion from Britain, where he has been for two years, recovering from the brain injuries he received during an assassination attempt on his life in Berlin. The British Home Secretary (Mr Reginald Maudling), ordered Mr Dutschke, his wife and two children to leave the country after he had applied to study at Cambridge University. Dr O’Brien, who once before acted as host to Mr Dutschke and his family in Ireland, said last night that he would gladly do it again if needed.
