Trainer fined $50
Jason McCord was scratched from the Raceway Handicap at Addington last evening by the stipendiary stewards on the grounds that N. J. Foulks, the owner-trainer of the horse, had failed to notify the clerk of the scales the name of the driver within the required time. Foulkes was fined $5O.
